This document is a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and DigifyTrade, the owner of www.digifytrade.com . These Terms govern your use of our website and any software, including Expert Advisors (EAs), (collectively, the "Software").

• Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial use on one IP adress.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, share, lease, sublicense, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
• Intellectual Property: We own all rights, titles, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated code, graphics, branding, and documentation.

• You are solely responsible for understanding the rules of any third-party proprietary ("prop") firm you use.
• You are responsible for the correct installation and configuration of the Software.
• You acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your trading account and all trading decisions.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.

• Payments: All purchases for the Software are final. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the Software has been delivered

• No Financial Advice: We are not financial advisors. The Software and any content on our website are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade.
• High-Risk Activity: Trading in financial markets (Forex, futures, etc.) is extremely high-risk. You can lose all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Prop Firm Disclaimer: While our Software may be marketed as "compliant" with certain rules, prop firm rules are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee you will pass any prop firm challenge or maintain a funded account. It is your sole responsibility to read, understand, and comply with your prop firm's specific terms and conditions. We are not liable for any account suspension, termination, or loss of funds resulting from your violation of prop firm rules.
• "As-Is" Software: The Software is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will produce any specific results (e.g., profits).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DigifyTrade, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, including but not limited to losses from trades, loss of capital, or loss of profits, whether direct or indirect.
• ANY DAMAGES arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Software.
• ANY LOSSES resulting from software bugs, server downtime, data loss, or technical errors.
• ANY LOSSES related to your failure to comply with prop firm rules.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SOFTWARE.

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Software, without notice and at our sole discretion, if you breach any of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through [e.g., "binding arbitration in Riga"].

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
