1. What Information We Collect

A) Information You Provide Directly:

Purchase Information: When you purchase our Software through our GoDaddy store, we collect information necessary to complete the transaction, such as your Name, Email Address, and Billing Information. Note: Your full payment details (like credit card numbers) are processed securely by our payment processor (e.g., GoDaddy Payments, Stripe, PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

License Activation Information: To activate your one-time license, we require you to email us your MT5 Account Number(s). This is stored and associated with your purchase email.

B) Information Our Software Collects (For Licensing Only):

When you run the DigifyTrade Software on your terminal, it automatically performs a one-time check to validate its license. To do this, it reads your MT5 Account Number and securely transmits it via a WebRequest to our licensing server (a private GitHub Gist) to verify that your account is on the "authorized" list.

C) Information Collected Automatically (Website Usage):

Like most websites, our GoDaddy-hosted site may automatically collect "Usage Data" such as your computer's IP Address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. This is collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

To Fulfill Your Order: To process your payment and deliver the digital Software (.ex5 file) and instructions to you.

To Provide the Service (License Validation): This is our primary use. We use your MT5 Account Number to verify that you are a legitimate, paid user of the Software. Without this, the Software will not run.

To Provide Customer Support: To respond to your questions and support requests, using your email address and purchase information.

To Maintain Our Website: To monitor website usage, analyze traffic, and improve our site's functionality.

3. What We DO NOT Collect

We believe in minimizing data collection. To be perfectly clear, the DigifyTrade Software NEVER collects, stores, or transmits:

Your trading strategy or custom settings.

Your trade history.

Your account balance or equity.

Your MT5 terminal password.

Our Software's only function is to run your local strategy and send a signal to your personal Telegram. It does not send any of your personal trading data to us.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with third parties who are essential to running our business:

Payment Processors (e.g., GoDaddy Payments, Stripe, PayPal): To securely process your payment.

Website Host (GoDaddy): To host our website and online store.

Licensing Server (GitHub): Your MT5 Account Number is stored as plain text on a private GitHub Gist, which the Software checks for validation.

Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to a valid subpoena or court order.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Your payment information is encrypted and handled by PCI-compliant processors. Your MT5 account number is stored in a private, access-controlled list.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your Purchase Information (Name, Email) for our records as required by law.

We will retain your MT5 Account Number(s) for as long as your "Lifetime License" is active, to ensure the Software continues to function for you.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.

Correct any inaccurate information.

Delete your personal information (this may result in the deactivation of your Software license).
